What is your cancellation policy?

Payment in full is required upon booking.

Reservations cancelled or reduced with less than 7 days notice prior to 9AM of check in day are non-refundable. 

All cancelled reservations are subject to a $30.00 administration fee.

Do you allow pets?

Sorry but we have adopted a no pet policy.  Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Are visitors welcome?

Guests are welcome to have extra visitors during their stay.  Reservations are based on double occupancy and there will be a $10.00 per person charge for any overnight visitors. Children under 12 can stay for free.

Is there a smoking policy?

Our chalets are smoke-free.  Any smoking will be subject to a minimum $250.00 fee for cleaning and fumigating.

Is internet available?

Free wireless internet is available to all our guests
